Plan Holders are requested to provide an e-mail address if they wish to receive addenda and other information electronically. Plan holders are requested to designate whether they are a prime contractor, sub-contractor or supplier if they want this information posted on the project Plan Holders List.
Receiving Bid Documents
To receive a copy of the plans and specifications, send a check to the office listed for the project. If the fee is refundable, you can fax your request and then send the check. A third option is to stop by the office and pick-up the plans with a check.
Daily updated Plan Holder Lists are available on our website under Plan Distribution. At this time, we do not post bid results. Please contact the designated office directly if you wish to receive bid results.
