We provided all architectural and engineering services for the bakery and warehouse addition to the
George Weston Bakeries Oconomowoc
facility. The bakery addition was built between the existing structures, requiring close coordination with the operating staff
and meticulous attention to detail. The building features precast concrete
and concrete block construction to meet sanitation
standards. A new 120-foot-long
multistage oven is the focal point of the new area.
The project also included a shipping warehouse with four new loading docks. We provided an innovative below-grade stormwater
storage and infiltration system to accommodate the extremely tight site constraints.

Four Seasons Produce – Denver, PA
We provided refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical engineering for a 180,000-square-foot produce
warehouse, 50,000-square-foot office building, and 18,000-square-foot truck maintenance and fueling facility. Design utilizes
package ammonia chillers with distributed low temperature glycol for space cooling.
